The Ford F-series pick-up has long been a dependable and very popular offering from Ford and served them very well in the pick-up market. The majority of these pick-ups are bought new and used as daily drivers and work vehicles. Due to this, it is getting harder to find good solid examples that were not put through their paces when they were new. This 1970 Ford F100 short bed pickup is an excellent, restored example of these great trucks. This F100 benefits from a very nice, driver-quality frame-off restoration that is nicely documented with pictures throughout the restoration process, as well as receipts from the restoration. The factory correct White exterior shines very well and is in excellent condition with only minor defects present in the paint. The exterior is complimented nicely by its factory chrome and stainless trim and a set of vintage ACW wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The bottom side of this nicely restored F100 presents like you would expect from a frame-off restored truck. The Black vinyl interior is in very good condition with some age present. Powering this great Ford F100 is a 302 cubic inch V8 that was rebuilt at the time of the restoration. Transferring power to the rear wheels is its 3-speed automatic transmission. Both the engine and transmission perform just as they should with no issue. The 302 cubic inch V8 produces a great V8 sound thanks to the custom side exit dual exhaust. This F100 is nicely equipped with options such as: power steering, aftermarket Kenwood AM/FM radio, variable speed wipers, heater/defrost, and column mounted SunPro tachometer. If you are in the market for a nicely restored classic Ford pickup that runs and drives just as it should and would present very well at your local cruise-in or car show, then you will want to take a very close look at this beautiful 1970 Ford F100 short bed pickup.
